New Trees

Acer palmatum 'Shaina'

Dwarf Japanese Maple
We've had this Dwarf Japanese Maple in the rockery section of our garden for 2 decades, planted as a one year old graft. Now over 20 years later, it is now a delightful bushy tree…about 4' high and 5' wide. It's not much of a showoff until fall, when it begins to take on shades of red. Use as a small specimen in a mixed border or as a container subject which could be moved into protected spot for the winter in cold climates.
